Meet Jamie

My why

My why stems from the majority of individuals living an unfulfilled life. Many individuals fall victim to laziness, fear, and the inability to think for themselves. I believe that everyone is great and God has placed me here to bring out of you what is already in you. Your life begins the day you toss fear out the window and start to believe in yourself.

Through my tenure of division 1 athletics I adapted a high level of mental toughness. I was trained to embrace discomfort, not to concern myself with distractions, and to focus on what I can do in the present moment that will produce the best opportunity to succeed.

Through my education I have learned to critically think, which allows me to think independently, clearly and rationally. I graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and a Master of Science from Western Illinois University.

Our Vision

Why You Need A Coach

Choosing to work with a coach is not an easy decision. So if you’re asking yourself, “Do I need a coach?,” you’re not alone.

“Everyone needs a coach. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a basketball player, a tennis player, a gymnast or a bridge player. We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.” – Bill Gates

The hard part isn’t having the intention to improve; the hard part is shifting that intention into action. A coach can be a powerful resource who can help you get out of your own way and take action to achieve the things that are truly important to you.

If you want to take your life to the next level and walk in your greatness, let me lead the way. Here are some ways to identify if you need a coach.

  • You feel lost
  • You can’t seem to stay focused
  • You have self destructing habits
  • You’re letting fear hold you back
